Financial information connected to payments may be collected or stored by a third-party payment processor and payment is subject to their terms and policies.

However, when submitting Personal Information in connection with providing an electronic signature on the petition to put ranked-choice voting on the November 2020 ballot, namely Petition CC, through our webpage https://sign.voterchoice2020.org, you are being asked to do so solely for the purpose of facilitating your ability to sign that petition. In this specific context, we will not use your Personal Information for any other purpose.
Voter Choice for Massachusetts does not send unsolicited email messages. If you wish to leave our mailing list, click on the link to Unsubscribe at the bottom of any message and you will be unsubscribed immediately. You may also contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or 617-906-8166 to be removed from our mailing list.
How We Share Your Information
We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your Personal Information when you access your Personal Information. All supplied sensitive/credit information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our payment gateway provider’s database, only to be accessible by those authorized with special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential.
The safety and security of your information also depends on you. Where we have given you (or where you have chosen) a password for access to certain parts of the Website, you are responsible for keeping this password confidential. You should not share your password with anyone. You must prevent unauthorized access to your account and Personal Information by selecting and protecting your password appropriately and limiting access to your computer or device and browser by signing off after you have finished accessing your account. The information you share in public areas may be viewed by other users.
